Carrot juice with soya milk

This recipe is for babies above 9months. From the age of 9 months babies taste buds develop.
Hence they may reject or show interest for some kind of foods. If you find trouble feeding regular stuff, try this once in 2 days in smaller quantities to make baby feel, food can be interesting too.
Take 2 carrots, cook them and grind along with sugar and little cardamom. Filter and remoive the pulp. Now boil this juice with soya milk ( any flavor) , allow to cool and feed the baby with spoon.

Ragi and milk recipe

This recipe is for babies above 8months. As ragi is hard to digest, its always good to give the baby a smaller quantity of the recipe first and then thrice a week. Take a cup of ragi seeds and soak them for 6-7 hrs , wash them thoroughly with water strain and tie in a clean kerchief.
Allow the seeds to sprout for 6hrs. Grind the sprouted seeds, salt sugar and water(little quantities), along with 3pieces of kaju and badam. Filter thouroughly and add little milk to the juice. Allow it boil on low heat while continously stirring until a smooth porridge is formed. Feed the baby warm with spoon.
